Refund policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will refund the original purchase price minus the shipping once we receive it back in original condition. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within seven days of the customer's receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

Any item returned that was shipped correctly will be subject to a 15% restocking charge, charged against any possible refund.
